The Land Party is one of the most amazing Land Rover weekend events and yet not many people have heard of before. If you are just hearing about the party for the first time a link has been placed at the bottom of the page for your first experience. Here at O&O we have been going since 2015 which was the Parties 9th birthday and in 2026 it will celebrate its 20th.

The Party Dates are usually (subject to change) the first full weekend in October and our 2026 adventure will start in Bilbao, Spain, on 19th September, and finish either after the Land Party on Sunday 27th September or continue for the full trip  back to the UK on 8th October when we will board our ferry home. You can travel with us from the UK departing from Portsmouth on the evening of 17th September and returning to the UK on 2nd October.

What do we do and where do we go?

The first 6 days in Spain are fairly full on with some off road sections everyday. We start out in Bilbao, make our way in to the mountains south of the city where we will do our first mountain assent taking us higher than any mountain in the UK. From there, over the coming week, we will pass through some National Parks, Deserts, Mountains, and Ski Resorts, and this year we will also take in the Roman ruins, the second longest Tibetan bridge in the world and the Huesca Wall.

We will arrive at the Land Rover Party on the evening of our 6th day in Spain where we will stay for 4 nights and you have the freedom to roam and play with what the party has to offer.

Our last few days when we leave the party will take us on a slightly more touristy route getting us back up to the Rioja region. We will take a tasting tour at Campo Viejo where you will also have access to the factory shop, before moving on to Haro at the heart of the Rioja wine region and have walking access to a number of vineyards for an afternoon walk of 400m and wine tasting till the sun goes down if you desire.

While some things are included in the trip price, your Ferry crossing is not.

The trip will consist of a guide vehicle and a minimum of 3 vehicles and a maximum of 5 (if the group is 6 or more vehicles, a second guide will help to split the group during the day time travel).

The trip cost is based upon 2 people sharing a vehicle (a supplement will apply for additional Adults and Children travelling in the vehicle).
